Annual Turkey & Food Giveaway – South Ozone Park, Queens (11/22/2025): On November 22, 2025, the NYCD Desi Society brought the community together for its Annual Turkey and Food Giveaway at South Ozone Park Church of the Nazarene. Families, volunteers, and supporters showed up with incredible generosity, turning the day into a true celebration of gratitude and togetherness. The event featured a warm collaboration among community members, local leaders, and our partners in law enforcement — a powerful reminder of what’s possible when everyone shows up with heart. From distributing turkeys to sharing smiles and support, the spirit of giving was felt throughout the neighborhood.
